RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association, honors individuals, and companies who have performed outstanding work for the infertility community via their ‘Hope Awards’ live at the annual Night of Hope gala. Due to COVID-19, The 2020 Night of Hope will be a free, virtual event.
Cadence Design Systems is being awarded the Hope Award for Access for their family building benefit, administered through Progyny. Cadence recognized the need for better outcomes for its employees and improved their benefit to now offering unlimited IVF cycles. Cadence also recognizes that medical treatment may not be for everyone, so they offer a $15,000 adoption reimbursement and a $15,000 surrogacy reimbursement.
