How do I know if I’m eligible for the Progyny benefit?
The Progyny benefit is only available through your, or your partner’s, organization-sponsored benefits and you may need to be enrolled in an eligible health plan. Your spouse/partner may also be covered. Talk to your HR or benefits team to confirm if they offer Progyny benefits. You can also call Progyny to confirm your eligibility and learn more.
How much does it cost?
Personalized coaching and access to digital resources are free to eligible members. Talk to your PCA to understand if there may be any costs for any additional services.
Can I enroll at any time in my pregnancy?
Yes, Progyny Pregnancy and Postpartum is available to eligible members at any time throughout their pregnancy and within 12 months postpartum. You can call to enroll at any stage and connect with a personal coach and access exclusive digital resources. Throughout postpartum your PCA will continue to provide regular check-ins along with unlimited emotional support and guidance including support for returning to work, tips for finding childcare, how to navigate relationship transitions, and help finding a mental health provider as needed.
What type of coaching do PCAs provide?
Progyny PCAs are registered nurses and highly experienced across all facets of maternity care including labor and delivery, NICU, obstetrics, and fertility care. They are available to provide education and support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey so you know what to expect at each stage. You can connect with your PCA at any time via phone, email, or secure messaging.
