Every member is matched with a Progyny Care Advocate (PCA), who proactively reaches out at key moments, coordinates care, answers questions, and provides personalized guidance throughout pregnancy and the first year postpartum. Our team of experts includes registered nurses, doulas, and labor and delivery nurses.

From day one, members receive personalized PCA outreach and support, stage-based education, and risk assessments to identify potential concerns earlier.

Nurse-led clinical coaching

Members have unlimited access to nurse-led clinical coaching throughout pregnancy and the first year postpartum, including guidance between scheduled appointments.

Mental health screening and support

Members are screened for perinatal mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and postpartum depression, and connected with support when concerns are identified.

Doula and lactation support

Members can schedule prenatal and postpartum sessions with a certified doula for birth preparation and recovery. Members can also access board-certified lactation consultants (IBCLCs) for guidance on feeding, latching, and pumping.

Leave and return-to-work navigation

Expert guidance on FMLA, state and federal leave policies, and leave administrator paperwork. Return-to-work planning that cuts through the confusion.
