You can access Progyny’s Patient Care Advocates and educational resources at no cost. If you see a medical provider and/or receive treatment, you will have out-of-pocket costs in accordance with your medical plan (e.g. copays, co-insurance). This tool is designed to help you understand those potential out-of-pocket costs. While this tool can give you an estimate, it’s not your final cost and should not be relied on to make final decisions about what care you receive.
