Consumer Rights Request Form

This form enables you to submit certain choices to Progyny, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Progyny”) about how Progyny uses your information. To learn more about these choices, please review our Privacy Policy.

Please note that Progyny does not generally sell Personal Data as the term “sell” is traditionally understood (i.e., an exchange of a good or service in return for money). However, to the extent the terms “sale” or “sharing” under the certain state laws are interpreted to include advertising technology activities such as those disclosed in the Analytics Section of our Privacy Policy, we will comply with applicable laws, including by providing the right to opt out of such activities.

We will consider each such request in accordance with applicable laws and Progyny’s Privacy Policy. Progyny will respond to your request as soon as possible, within the legally mandated timeframe. These rights are not absolute and only apply in certain circumstances. This means that we may be unable (e.g., due to legal requirements) or not obligated to satisfy your request. Where permitted by law, you also may submit a request through an authorized agent.
