Getting started: Your guide to Progyny’s Menopause and Midlife Care program | Progyny

Welcome to Progyny Menopause and Midlife Care! Our goal is to provide you with the support and care you deserve to feel your best.  

To schedule your first virtual visit with a menopause specialist, you’ll be asked to select from one of Progyny’s provider groups.

Progyny works with a national network of providers who specialize in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife care. Both provider groups offer virtual visits and have healthcare providers — OB-GYNs, MDs, and/or NPs — in all 50 states. 

Evernow 

• 20-minute virtual visits, available in 48 hours 
• Care from board-certified, menopause-trained doctors and NPs 
• Prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy, with automated refills

Gennev 

• 30-minute virtual visits, with appointment availability with OB/GYNs in less than a week
• Care from board-certified, menopause-trained OB/GYNs and registered dietician nutritionists (RDNs)
• Same-day prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy

 
Services are subject to your financial responsibility based on your medical plan, which may include deductible, coinsurance, copayment, and/or out of pocket maximum. 
 

Your dedicated Progyny Care Advocate (PCA) can help you make the most of your Progyny benefit. PCAs are healthcare professionals trained to provide unlimited coaching support at every step of your menopause and perimenopause journey. 

Note: If you want to switch your menopause provider group later, you’ll need to contact your PCA to make the change.
