Yes. We know that the path to parenthood can be challenging and believe that everyone should have the support they need to navigate their unique journey. Each member has access to a dedicated Progyny Patient Care Advocate (PCA). PCAs are registered nurses and other fertility specialists trained to provide highly personalized service across each fertility and family building journey, including surrogacy and adoption. We are proud of the fact that Progyny PCAs achieve a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +80.

Yes, Progyny is proud to support all paths to parenthood and offers an inclusive benefit. Progyny members have their own surrogacy and adoption coaches to help them navigate their journey. Additionally, Progyny’s proprietary Smart Cycle benefit design allows members pursuing surrogacy to use their benefit for pre-transfer embryology services including egg retrieval (from a covered member), diagnostic testing, fertilization, embryo monitoring, and genetic testing.
