Getting To Know: Claire

A Patient Care Advocate

Patient Care Advocates (PCAs) are an integral part of a member’s fertility journey with Progyny, and we would like you to get to know them better. This week, we’re happy to introduce Claire O’Neill, a Patient Care Advocate.

Name: Claire O’Neill

What’s your background in healthcare/fertility?
I started my carer at a New York fertility clinic working in the embryology and andrology labs. While there, I processed specimens for IUIs, created using ICSI in the IVF lab, and published clinical research papers on male infertility.

What do you enjoy the most about being a patient care advocate?
I enjoy knowing that my members are fully supported. My goal is to make sure all questions are answered and they feel like they have someone to guide them and be there for them during the entire process.

What’s your favorite/best moment so far at Progyny?
